Harry's first young man, the son of the Bridge Threatre's original owner. Harry took a liking to him and offered Nell a position, work for him as an actor and whore and stay at the Theatre, or leave and end up working as a street whore. Harry's developed rather a soft spot for Nell, and although he doesn't think it's obvious, to many it most plainly is. And for a pimp, he does tend to get jealous, but only of those men that treat Nell well, offer him gifts, sweets, luxuries and things that Harry likes to get him.
He won't admit his feelings, of course, not in words, and he hasn't really acknowledged them privately yet. He's still planning to get married to some posh bint, but it doesn't mean that he's going to stop his relationship with Nell. He wants the boy to move into the town house on a permanent basis, and Nell's future career is the the predominant reason Harry's theatre is expanding into Shakespearean drama. |
